Cynllunio – Planning

Ceredigion County Council have introduced a new system for consulting Community Councils. They no longer send out paper copies but instead rely on the councils down-loading the documents online. At the moment this means that we can only see the plans on a lap-top screen when we meet in Llechryd, but we hope to improve things shortly. In the meantime we ask for the public’s understanding.

Note that the Community Council does not decide on any application – we can only make comments for consideration by the committee or officers who have the authority to make the decisions.

Planning applications discussed by the Council are listed in the minutes above.
