From Ist May 2021 – Required in accordance with the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Ac 2021.
The notes are required, by law, to record the following details:
– The names of members who attended the meeting and any apologies for absence
– Any declarations of interest
– Any decision taken at the meeting, including the outcomes of any votes
The notes are not required to set out any decisions
– In relation to a decision relating to business that was transacted in private, or
– Where the disclosure of the information would be contrary to an enactment.
Please note these are not the final minutes of the meeting which will be released at a later date.
